The LogicPort is a $400 wonder.  I have used it for months and have been incredibly impressed with its performance.  34 channels, 200 mhz (if you want to use sample compression, and you do), a  USB interface, and incredibly well written software has made this little device one of my favorite tools!  Small (fits in a pcoket), light (3 oz.
