BOTTLE ROCKET
BOTTLE ROCKET -or- MEGA FILM CAN CANNON
Launches soda bottles over 30 feet with a satisfying boom!
The igniter is the electronic part of this project :)

Mechanically scanned LED display
AKA a propeller clock, although this project does not
display time.

Weight Watchers Points Calculator
A portable electronic device designed to keep track of
weight watchers points. |

Pic Programmer
A Pic programmer that uses a Digielent JTAG3 cable. |

Simple IR detector
ever wanted to see if that remote was actually
working? need to test a robotic sensor? this is the project
for you!

Dual Output
Power supply
0 to 17v in less than a second! A mind blowing 2
amps! COMPUTER CONTROLLABLE! UNBELIEVABLE |

35v 3A dual H-bridge motor controller
The most gorgeous project I haven't used |

DC to AC converter
A variable frequency power Converter. 30hz to
80hz with 60hz indicator accurate to better than +- 1 hertz.
Analog design (not microprocessor controlled or monitored)
*Please note, this is a converted school project, so
please excuse some of the "out of place" statements and such

RS232 level shifter
Built into a nifty project box to make it look
nice. A MAX232 chip is the heart of this project. Made for boot loaders
and data transfer

AC single phase induction motor
AC induction motor - in progress |

simple dc motor
Super simple DC motor - in progress |

Synchronous variable reluctance motor
Synchronous variable reluctance motor. My professor
said it was the simplest AC motor, so I built one! |

Barcode Reader
barcode scanner device, a
"just for fun" project |

AM radio receiver
Simple AM radio receiver |

Active 2 channel audio mixer
I hate this thing. it sounds awful. 741 + audio = suck.

5 / 12 volt power module
My most treasured module, and my first. This module is simple
enough but it is absolutely indispensable to me. This module
supplies 5 volts regulated, 12 volts unregulated and is capable of
supplying current up to 1 Amp.

Audio Amplifier
This module is an LM386 audio amplifier with speaker. a very
powerful tool when designing any kind of circuit that requires audio
amplification.

Variable gain, inverting, AC coupled single supply amplifier
This module is a single channel, variable gain, inverting, single supply
amplifier with input and output AC coupling. This module allows
you to add signal amplification to any project in a very easy way.

8 bit R2R DAC
This module is an 8 bit Digital to Analog Converter based on a simple
R2R circuit. This is a parallel input device, so it requires 8
inputs, but it is very fast.

32 Khz IR LED driver
When prototyping robots of almost any size, at some point you find the
need to use IR reflective sensors. Some of these sensors require
that the IR light be modulated at 32 Khz. This module takes the
headache out of driving the LEDS at 32 Khz. It is a stand-alone
circuit based on a 555 timer that allows you to drive LED's directly,
and can be turned on and off by an ENABLE pin.

Sensirion Temperature and Humidity sensor
These nifty temperature and humidity sensors only come in sample form as
an SMT device. this module simply mounts the SMT package on a much
more manageable 0.1" header.

24LC64 8k byte I2C EEPROM
An I2C EEPROM mounted onto a module that includes a hardwired address of
'000' an 2.2 K pull-up resistor. For those times you just want to
add a quick EEPROM.

DS2417 Real Time Clock
The Dallas Semiconductor DS2417 One Wire Real Time Clock with
Interrupt. conveniently mounted on a module (it's an SMT package)
with a 32 Khz crystal. Connect power and ground, and you have a
RTC with a programmable interrupt pin.
