This module is almost not even necessary. These EEPROMS are very easy to
use, and this module just made it even easier. With the address hard-wired
at '000' you don't have to bother with grounding the extra pins. Other
than that, all this module does for you is provide the pull-up resistor. I
just makes my life a little bit easier. This particular EEPROM is capable
of holding 8 thousand bytes of data and can sustain output transfer rates of
over 40,000 bytes per second.
