How many times have you built a five volt regulator circuit?
I know I built it probably a hundred timed before I made this module. Now
when I need 5 volt power, I just plug this module into my breadboard and I can
start building! But not only does it supply 5 volts, it also supplies 12
volts for those power hungry applications. It also indicates the circuit
is operational with a green LED. Current is limited to 1 amp. I am
sure you have seen the circuit 100 times before:
I simply found a discarded wall adapter for a scanner which
provided 12 volts DC at 1 amp, wired that supply up to this circuit, and
voila! an instant power supply.

There are some very good chances that if you look at some of
my other projects you will see this little guy doing his thing.
